Retention of Personal Information

We only keep the personal information that we collect from you for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The criteria we use to determine the retention period includes the nature of the information, the purpose for which the information was collected, and whether a legal obligation requires us to retain the information. We may also retain aggregate information for research purposes and to help us develop and improve our services. You cannot be identified from aggregate information retained or used for these purposes.

Personal Information of Minors

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of thirteen (13) (or such other digital age of consent in your jurisdiction, for example, sixteen (16) years of age in certain European countries) (each a "Minor") without parental consent. Tracking User Activity and Opt-out Preference Signals

Certain web browsers allow users to enable a Do Not Track privacy preference setting that allows users to opt out of tracking by websites and online services. There is not a common understanding of how to interpret these Do Not Track signals so our Websites do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

You may set your browser or device to send an opt-out preference signal, such as through the Global Privacy Control, to signal a request to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information or a request to opt-out of the processing of your personal information for the purpose of targeted advertising. We will process any valid opt-out preference signal by honoring such opt-out preference signal as a request to opt-out of the sale and sharing of your personal information and/or a request to opt-out of the processing of your personal information for the purpose of targeted advertising for your browser or device and any consumer profile associated with your browser or device in accordance with applicable law. For more information on opt-out preference signals, please visit https://globalprivacycontrol.org.
